Warby Parker is on the lookout for a top-notch Contracts and Stock Plan Administrator to provide support to the Legal and Finance teams by managing company contracts andowning day-to-day stock plan administration. As the first person to hold this role, you’ll have an opportunity to establish company-wide policies and work cross-functionally with all teams!  You up for it? Keep reading!


What you’ll do:



  • Oversee the company’s contracts and information management system

  • Maintain employee equity database, updating information and running required and requested summary and detail reports

  • Develop and manage a process for tracking contract expirations, renewals, terminations, and other key terms

  • Conduct legal and factual research

  • Prepare, draft, and process contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, etc.) and other legal documents

  • Manage legal billing software and billing guidelines, and communicate with outside counsel on billing matters

  • Administer and process employee equity grants and related transactions

  • Answer employee questions regarding equity plans and grants

  • Prepare and distribute grant documents and agreements

  • Assist with special projects undertaken by the legal and finance teams

  • Communicate and coordinate with employees across the company and with outside counsel and other vendors


Who you are:



  • Equipped with prior experience as a paralegal, contracts manager, stock plan administrator, or legal assistant at a company or law firm

  • A master time manager who is extremely, impressively organized and detail-oriented

  • An A+ communicator

  • A multi-tasker who is able to prioritize tasks and remain productive while balancing multiple projects

  • Super serious about your work (without taking yourself too seriously)


Extra credit:



  • Experience administering employee equity plans

  • Experience reviewing contracts
