Warby Parker is on the lookout for a motivated Associate Brand Manager to help us build the next great lifestyle brand. As a member of the Brand Marketing team, you’ll create new spaces for Warby Parker through compelling ideas, partnerships, and projects that craft unique brand moments, generate energy, and propel demand for our products. On your docket: making Warby Parker a household name, working to transform the eyewear industry, and demonstrating that companies can scale while doing good in the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Focus primarily on brand partnerships, projects, and collaborations by helping develop concepts, support cross-functional integration, and craft groundbreaking plans that are executed at the highest standards

  • Act as a keeper of the brand and constantly amplify, articulate, and execute creative programs that embody the unique qualities of Warby Parker—both internally and externally

  • Thoughtfully identify, cultivate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key influencers; past, present, and future collaborators; partners; friends of the brand; iconic eyeglasses-wearers; and cultural insiders

  • Build programs and experiences that are relevant to the influencer community

  • Identify specific cultural moments to meaningfully take part in

  • Lead the coordination of key project concepts from positioning and integrated planning, to launching and tracking execution and exposure against established KPIs

  • Partner with the Social Media and Communications teams to translate product and project strategies into thoughtful, noteworthy narratives that resonate with our customers and deliver against awareness, positioning, and commercial expectations

Who you are:

  • Backed by 4+ years of relevant experience with a focus in brand marketing, creative, media, journalism, digital platforms, and/or fashion

  • A Warby Parker superfan who knows our brand inside and out and who’s committed to the spirit and intent of our core values

  • A creative and innovative thinker who not only appreciates building unique experiences but also understands the practical steps that takes

  • Equipped with project management and cross-functional integration skills (you’ve overseen multiple small- and large-scale projects at the same time)

  • A strong team player who excels both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional peers

  • A proactive, positive problem solver who can adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • An exceptional verbal and visual communicator

  • A people-person who’s excited to build and maintain relationships

  • Sharp-as-a-tack and detail-oriented

Warby Parker was founded in 2010 with a lofty objective: to offer designer eyewear at a revolutionary price while leading the way for socially conscious businesses. By circumventing traditional channels and designing our frames in house, we’re able to offer insanely high-quality eyewear at decidedly non-insane prices (i.e., from $95 with prescription lenses—a fraction of the going price!).
