The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using Agile methods for planning, oversight and delivery of the Information Security Projects. The TPM should demonstrate leadership, accountability, flexibility and the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, managers and senior executives. The individual in this role must be able to leverage core consulting skills and methodology to drive results, manage a team, proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues and escalate when appropriate.


  • Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of the Information Security projects involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks through SDLC process and/or agile (scrum/kanban), iterative process

  • Proactively manage issues and mitigate risk

  • Manage contract, procurement, and budgeting related activities

  • Create and track against a project plan or sprint plan

  • Escalates impediments

  • Continually look for ways to improve backlog delivery

  • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and help develop specific plans to mitigate and address concerns

  • Provides input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks

  • Drives program-level continuous improvement via retrospectives, Inspect and Adapt workshops and constant demonstration of Kaizen mind

  • Encourages team and program level Quality Practices and Communities of Practice around SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile project management

  • Participates in enterprise program management improvement and standardization activities

Excellent analytical skills as well as strategic understanding and scenario planning are required. Strong leadership presence with the ability to challenge the status quo and seek opportunities to improve and grow. The leader has the proven ability to impact and influence through concise and clear recommendations that build business and strategic understanding and also under time pressure. This role may require up to 25% domestic and international travel. Partner with project leaders to ensure appropriate staffing of projects; work cross-functionally with IT and business partners to drive for results. Work closely with 3rd Party suppliers/partners.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 7 -10 years of Program / Project Management Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of Lean | Agile Experience

  • Knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of Lean and Agile

  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Comfortable with language barriers

  • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal

  • Experience facilitating training events and workshops

  • Create and track against a project plan or sprint plan

  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
