Client Development Lead job in Durham

THE ROLE
As our Client Development Lead, you will:

• Make genuine connections with individual clients
• Work one-on-one with our top clientele, building sales both in store and through creative outreach channels, with full outfitting and styling service
• Connect with our brand audience through social media and direct marketing
• Create strategic outreach plans for our established clients, executing on those plans or delegating to our sales team

In addition to these primary responsibilities, you will also support our sales staff by:

• Helping train our junior sales team on our many independent designers and on in-store sales & service strategies
• Assist with merchandising the collection and maintaining basic merchandising standards
• Provide feedback to our buyer about the current collection and reorders

EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 1 year of retail experience. A college degree, ideally in retail management, textiles, or business, is preferred though not required. Tech savvy on a Mac, using instagram, mobile devices, and CRM or in depth point of sale software. Experience using Asana is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary is commensurate with experience, plus monthly commission after 90 day trial period.Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, paid sick days & holidays, SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with company match, and merchandise discounts.
