The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) is a graduate institution that emphasizes health and rehabilitative science education through innovative classroom and distance education, and offers degree programs in physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, education and health science, as well as continuing education programs. Founded in 1979, USAHS has campuses in San Marcos, California; Miami and St. Augustine, Florida; and Austin, Texas. We are seeking a faculty recruiting professional who will maintain enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence in the face of high volume and ever-shifting priorities. You will build and maintain relationships with thought leaders across the country to identify the recruiting needs of our business and consistently deliver results. As a Recruiter at USAHS, you are not just checking boxes, you are changing the lives of both candidates and students across the country.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process from developing an applicant pool through the onboarding of new hires

  • Work with hiring managers at institutions across the country to determine recruitment needs and provide consultation on best practices

  • Implement a variety of recruitment strategies to develop a strong candidate pipeline for a diverse set of requisitions

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to develop programs to support business needs and improve current processes

  • Utilize social media to connect with top-level talent


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required

  • At least three years of staffing/recruiting experience in a corporate environment

  • A proven record as a team player on a diverse team with members located in several locations

  • Ability to seamlessly adjust to shifting priorities and competing deadlines

  • An expert understanding of utilizing an applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process
