OFFICE MANAGER


Altvia is seeking a passionate candidate for our Office Manager role.  The Office Manager is key to our company culture. We are looking for someone that loves people, loves processes and loves the nitty gritty details. We want someone that loves wearing multiple hats and is excited about coming up with new ideas about how we can continually improve our internal operations and enhance our company culture.

Our primary product offerings include pipeline management, portfolio tracking, investor correspondence, secure sharing of documents with external parties, and data visualization.   We have an awesome 40 person team and we are growing.

What you’ll do:



  • Make sure that the office is run efficiently and is a productive workspace for the whole team

  • Proactively and regularly monitor all shared spaces to ensure that they are clean and tidy (ex.  kitchen and conference rooms)

  • Procure all of the office food which includes daily snacks as well as company paid lunches

  • Be the welcome committee for office visitors and deliveries

  • Coordinate with all of our office related vendors which can include contract negotiation

  • Be responsible for managing the budget for all facilities related items

  • Stock and organize our office supplies and food

  • Own the employee onboarding process that includes HR and Facility related items

  • Work closely with our Accounting Manager to assist with our billing process

  • Work closely with our Marketing team on operational tasks 

  • Plan offsite events for our whole team

  • Manage Employee wellness and engagement  programs

  • Work with internal teams to help coordinate travel plans


What you bring:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent people skills

  • A desire to wear multiple hats

  • Keen eye for details

  • Awesome organizational skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency with Google Apps  

  • An ambitious attitude and a desire for continuous improvement

  • No fear of working in systems like Salesforce.com or Quickbooks
