The Digital Marketing team supports our direct-to-consumer business through programs including email, paid search, SEO, affiliate, A/B testing, brand and performance paid media. The team works cross-functionally with marketing, creative, retail, and digital commerce partners to collaboratively find innovative solutions and reach business goals.
As the Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day execution of the email marketing calendar, helping to drive sales and engagement supporting all business units included but not limited to digital commerce and retail stores. You will facilitate a seamless end-to-end email production working with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the email marketing calendars for direct to consumer business channels.
Coordinate updates and changes with internal cross-functional partners including creative, copy, and site updates.
Work directly with external partners to provide campaign request forms, facilitating asset delivery and project timelines, ensuring on schedule and accurate email deployments.
QA all email proofs across devices ensuring correct campaign content, linking, tracking, filters, lists and coordinating any feedback to internal and external partners.
Ensure creative refreshes are executed for always on programs including both marketing and transactional campaigns.
Attend creative briefings and email marketing feedback meetings, recording all comments and managing edits with cross-functional partners.
Manage email requests and campaign timelines from business units including but not limited to retail.
Responsible for flagging any data integrity issues including list filters, feeds, database elements, alerting the Email Marketing Specialist and working with cross-functional partners to develop an action plan to remedy.
Support email reporting weekly updates and post-mortems analyses.
Assist in data analysis, evaluate program opportunities and provide campaign optimization recommendations.
Conduct competitive analysis of email landscape sharing findings regularly.
Stay up to date on email marketing best practices and both domestic and global regulations including CAN-SPAM.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
