A little about you:


You have a strong customer service or help-desk background, and know how to treat co-workers as customers. You have a strong attention to detail, but you may also enjoy getting into the weeds on process flow and efficiency -- figuring out “what is the best way to do this thing” is as important as getting the thing done! You need to be comfortable and secure with technology from Printers to Mac OS.


 


Job Description:


The Systems Support Associate will be the first line of defense for Fully’s internal IT/Systems help-desk. This person will be responsible for moderating IT, system, and website questions and support requests. This person will also assist end-users directly in resolving issues, or when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate channels. With a keen understanding of workflow, this person also ensures that support requests are prioritized correctly and resolved in a timely manner. Maintaining the inventory of IT peripherals (monitors, etc), this role will be responsible for keeping spares on hand. This role also requires that you get your hands dirty (so to speak) troubleshooting and installing network, phone, and workstation equipment. Other duties could include basic HTML updates and product maintenance on our Magento website, simple ERP updates, updates to our intranet, or maintenance of various forms, spreadsheets, or business processes. This position will also be responsible for new employee account creation, IT onboarding and occasional video recording.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Moderate IT/Systems help-desk tickets and escalations

  • Learn and keep up-to-date on basics of back-end processes used by other departments

  • Manage inventory and ordering of non-computer IT equipment

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting printers

  • Possible video recording support

  • Phone System Administration and Support

  • IT Onboarding for new employees


 


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Customer service or help-desk experience preferred

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Stellar troubleshooting skills

  • Solid ability to break down a problem into its component pieces

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment

  • Excellent attention to visual and written detail

  • Outstanding time management skills

  • Demonstrated decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

  • Excellent computer skills


 


Department: Systems


Reports to: Director of Technology


Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.


Compensation: This is a salaried position.
