Position Summary:
Managing account structure with a focus on profitability and servicing accounts within respective territory. Carrying out the vision, message and ethos of the brand to tell the full EILEEN FISHER story to current and prospective customers.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the development and growth of the Specialty Store businessas well as be an ambassador of the brand.
The ideal candidate will be extremely team and detail oriented, have the ability to multitask and display strong communication interpersonal skills in order to foster relationships with accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage day to day activity of accounts, including but not limited to strategic territory development, identifying key growth opportunities, maximizing revenue and demonstrating ownership of territory
Display competancy in business analysis, development of seasonal product assortments and identifying target door growth opportunities
Partner with Experiential Marketing team in order to successfully execute and communicate key brand initiatives such as seasonal marketing campaigns, brand messages and seasonal collateral/digital assets.
Ability to travel to events, training's as well regional showroom market support as needed.
Build strong account relationships and maintain high level of customer service through regular account communication
Review account selling and recommend product opportunities based of corporate best selling information
Maintain high standard for timeliness and accuracy in all order submission, account paperwork and internal due dates
Monitor inventory for key accounts and make suggestions for swapping when necessary
Ability to prospect new accounts and seek new business opportunities
Participate in bi -weekly team meeting and come prepared to share business updates as well as best practices
Attend weekly Wholesale team meetings and come prepared to present out business and represent the voice of Specialty Stores when needed
