Team Description:
The People & Culture (P&C) area supports our business and our people through programs and initiatives that promote the cultural values of the company. In 2018, P&C began to shift to a new structure that offers more focused, specialized and enhanced services. Incorporating certain principles of the Holacracy model and self-organizing teams, P&C is exploring how best to enhance its effectiveness while distributing authority and decision making throughout the area. P&C consists of five functional areas (Benefits, Compensation and Operations; Internal Communications; Learning and Development; P&C [HR/OD] Partners; and, Talent Acquisition), which are governed by a P&C Circle. The area works closely with individuals and teams throughout the organization in a variety of ways, always through the lens of our company purpose, strategy and values.
Position Summary:
As the People & Culture (P&C) Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing assistance and facilitating people processes and programs in the P&C area. As the initial point of contact for P&C, you will handle general administration of onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, compliance, employee information, and other related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee & Company Information

Maintain employee files and enter new hires, terminations and status changes into company’s HRIS database. 
Handle employee verification requests. 
Maintain company’s organizational charts. 
Administer the company’s offboarding process including analysis of collected exit interview data. 
Employee Benefits & Compliance
Assist in the annual budget process for the Benefits, Compensation & Operations Circle. 
Ensure compliance around EEO-1 annual report, coordination of harassment training, labor law postings and the like. 
Participate in Benefits, Compensation & Operations circle projects including research, benchmarking and administrative support as needed. 

General Administration

Field incoming general inquiries related to the operations of P&C.
Track & analyze inquiries to identify opportunities for improved efficiency. 
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
