Marketing & Sales Associate (LIA) job in Grants Pass

AllCare Health is seeking a Part-Time Marketing & Sales Associate (LIA) who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service and skills.
AllCare Health is a southern Oregon-based health organization, led by local physicians since 1994. In a progressive model of care, we combine medical, dental, and behavioral health services to provide Medicare, Medicaid insurance coverage to our members. We also provide support to our providers through AllCare Independent Physician Association and AllCare e-Health Services

The Marketing & Sales Associate (LIA) is responsible for selling AllCare health plans and enrolling prospective enrollees, as well as working with the marketing team in the day-to-day processes associated with marketing AllCare products and plans by performing the following duties.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or five or more years related experience and/or training in marketing and/or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• This position requires a valid insurable Driver’s License and a State of Oregon Life and Health Insurance License.

Essential Duties:
• Enrolls Medicare beneficiaries into AllCare Advantage.
• Counsels prospects on choices and helps them select the best plans for their needs.
• Assists in preparation of marketing materials for AllCare Advantage which includes comparing with CMS model language, and for other AllCare lines of business.
• Reviews marketing materials to ensure that they comply with Federal and/or State guidelines and model language, as appropriate.

Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day using telephone and computer.
