Solar Analytics is a successful green-tech start-up that provides solar home energy management for rooftop solar photovoltaic energy systems. Founded in 2011 by a team of passionate, world leading solar experts, we have developed a cloud-based data and analytics platform for solar electricity production and consumption. Unlike standard monitoring, we analyse electricity production, local weather conditions and on-site electricity consumption data to provide real-time insights and accurate alerts into solar system performance and energy use. The Role

We are seeking a junior customer support officer to join our dynamic and growing team of 30+ PV engineers, developers and designers. Your role would include:

Providing initial support to all customers before triaging and escalating of calls
Being the first responder to direct customer emails
Developing a deep understanding of our customers circumstances and needs in a friendly and professional way
Actively working with the team to identify more efficient processes in supporting our customers
Working together with the team to deliver an exceptional standard of service
We are looking for energetic people with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to this, you will need to be able to demonstrate great communications skills to build rapport with customers.

Candidate Requirements

1 year of customer service experience is required

The successful applicant must:

  • Be inspired, innovative and passionate about your work
  • Have excellent personal and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly organised and be able to work in a flexible and dynamic environment
  • Be able to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Resilient and positive nature

Any of the following skills/knowledge would be an advantage:

  • Customer Support experience
  • Experience working in a call centre
  • Experience working around technology
