THE OPPORTUNITY / OVERVIEW
Global Prairie is looking for high energy and high impact individuals to join our Global Prairie team as a member of our summer intern class for 2019. In this role, you’ll work across our nine offices to use your talents to help drive marketing as a force for good – all while working for a 100% employee-owned company.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill internship. You’ll be working with our other interns and team members across the globe to work with our clients who make a positive impact on the world. And we’ll expose you to our own global mindset by bringing all our summer interns around the globe to Kansas City during your first week to cement your intern team dynamic.

The Global Prairie Summer Internship Program is a 9-week program, running from June 3 through August 2, 2019.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Working across our teams and all our nine Global Prairie offices, this individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:
- Assist Global Prairie team members in development of client project needs from start to finish
- Develop skill set in strategy, creative development, social media management, earned media outreach, internal communication, and much more
- Solve problems through existing knowledge, research and analysis
- Coordinate activities and office functionality of home-base office
