About the role

This exciting opportunity calls for an inspiring candidate to work closely with the Herbal & Sustainability Director on both the leadership of the Herbal Development team, and the delivery of industry-leading product development and innovation across our teas, supplements and other new herbal creations. With the support of an Herbal Development Expert, you will partner with key stakeholders across Pukka to drive diversification and growth across our exciting organic range.

Drawing on your development expertise, you’ll be an expert on natural health products, with a strong knowledge of herbs, quality standards and values. From this foundation you’ll guide new and existing ideas through Pukka’s product development process and consider how we can best evolve in line with our strategic business plan and commercial objectives.

Calm and unflappable, you’ll be able to remain clear-headed and deliver in a fast-paced commercial environment. You’ll be resilient in the face of changing priorities and a significant workload, whilst maintaining a sense of humour and a passion to work hard. Highly organised with strong project management skills, you’ll have an immaculate level of attention to detail, the ability to proactively problem solve, and be able to discern the most effective solution for delivering herbal expertise.
