Cora is a disruptive San Francisco women’s wellness startup. Our mission is to help every woman experience the full power of her body with health, dignity and agency. Cora provides healthy, innovative products to women in the U.S., while providing health education and period care products to girls in need in developing countries for every product sold. Cora is taking off—in terms of revenue, products, content, and sales channels—and yet we are just getting started.

Cora seeks a driven Integrated Marketing Manager as a part of the Marketing team. This role will lead the development and execution of our integrated, omnichannel marketing plan and initiatives, launching campaigns across our owned, earned and paid channels. You excel at being a marketing “jack/jill-of-all trades,” working and influencing across PR, social, digital, search, experiential and influencer. Ideally, you have in-depth expertise in 1-2 of these key channels.

This role demands someone who connects with our mission, cares about women’s health, and is driven by a desire to do work with a purpose. You will need to be a quick study and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment, taking on a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. The role will report into the VP, Marketing, with strong partnership with the e-Commerce and Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Support VP, Marketing, in developing the annual strategy and plan, including competitive monitoring, internal channel assessment and key implications
• Execute the annual marketing plan, ensuring we achieve goals and launch dates across channels and tactics
• Lead and influence the cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing plans and support our new product launches
• Manage and track the overall marketing budget and timelines from kick-off to execution
• Track and analyze marketing performance, gather consumer insights, and analyze or evaluate program effectiveness. Share findings with leadership and cross-functional team and integrate findings into future marketing activities
• Partner closely with the eCommerce and Retail teams to create holistic digital, social, search and shopper marketing and media plans with a constant eye towards measurement and optimization
• Work collaboratively with the Creative team to brief, review and refine creative work in line with strategic objectives and brand identity
• Partner with social media lead to develop social media strategy and support execution as needed
• Partner with PR team to support new product launches and events; help craft and refine our influencer strategy and plan and execute outreach
• Develop strategy for and execute all digital campaigns in collaboration with eCommerce team; use learnings to continually optimize and drive ROI
• Implement our SEO/SEM strategy to ensure our presence across the full funnel and drive conversion
• Identify new “test & learn” channels or media for driving brand awareness and engagement; recommend and implement 1-2 of these new opportunities
• Manage & co-develop external-facing product content for company website, digital and retail programs together with the internal Creative team
• Interface with internal Retail team to drive and optimize opportunities with key customers (Amazon & Target); help identify and execute shopper marketing and in-store programs
• Manages day-to-day relationships with external agencies and third-party vendors as necessary

Qualifications
• 4-5 years of prior marketing experience; consumer goods experience a plus
• BA/BS required; marketing communications curriculum a plus
• Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
o Independent, a self-starter; eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
o Effortlessly balance multiple projects concurrently and self-prioritize
o Solid problem solving and resolution skills
o Comfortable flexing between left-brained (analytics) and right-brained (marketing support) activities
o Analytical skills; some experience reviewing or analyzing consumption data (IRI, Nielsen)
o Strong project management skills and attention to detail
o Excellent oral, organizational and written communication skills
o Ability to work well with a wide variety of functional disciplines
o Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
