Description
For nearly a decade, Context Partners (CP) has helped companies worldwide achieve something far more powerful with their audience than they ever could alone. We develop insights, strategies, and engagement experiences that drive ambitious outcomes in client loyalty, product/service adoption, social impact, and influence.
Account Managers at Context Partners are the primary liaison between our clients and the project teams. They ensure we effectively deliver a high-value client experience while addressing the clients’ business problems and serve as the first point of contact for their client within CP. Account Managers develop strong relationships within clients’ firms and identify and pursue opportunities for additional work within both their current client base and beyond.
YOU
You are a relationship builder and an accomplished sales professional. You have the ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds and feel at home in a corporate setting as well as the philanthropic world. You are adept at operating as a bridge between the client’s and CP’s goals, and you have the savvy to balance both through strategic account management. You continually calibrate your project delivery team to the client’s goals and deftly manage expectations on both sides.
You enjoy helping clients find solutions to their problems and are passionate about long-term client success. You are a natural, consultative salesperson through your ability to listen, and match needs with services and the unique value our firm delivers. You welcome being held accountable for revenue goals and enjoy supporting your colleagues in reaching their goals as well.
