We’re looking for an MBA student to join us for an internship this spring and summer. Ideally you could join us part-time during the semester and full-time over the summer. You’ll work with a team on our strategy, helping make it sharper, more responsive to changes in our sector and more capable to deliver impact in the field. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in an impact oriented, professional services environment on business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support our strategy refresh by conducting and compiling internal and external research on new and existing segments, services and geographies
  • Analyze and help communicate internally the philanthropic landscape we operate in – such as new entrants and potential partners
  • Help develop business plans for new services
  • Research trends – such as the use of new philanthropic vehicles – in the social change sector
  • Develop sharp visual representations of strategy research findings

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need:

  • At minimum two years of work experience
  • Excellent research and analysis skills
  • A strong interest in philanthropy
  • Strong data visualization and communication skills
  • Team-oriented, professional, with a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • An ability to be resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
