We are looking for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join the busy and successful Real Estate department.

The role

The role provides an exceptional opportunity to work within the small Real Estate Litigation team, part of the wider Real Estate department, and build your experience and knowledge. Candidates should be qualified solicitors with 2-3 years’ experience in corporate Real Estate Litigation. This role requires a solicitor who can think on their feet and provide innovative solutions for a wide range of clients. The candidates should have a good grasp of commercial property law and ideally experience in advising clients on their property strategy. They will also need to have some experience of advising with regard to residential property.

The role is available on a full time basis and encourage our lawyers to pursue their personal interests through their practice, develop management skills through supervising junior fee earners, contribute to business development and work cross-departmentally through our wide range of exceptionally strong sector groups.
