The Culture Initiatives and Human Resources Manager will provide a high level of support to our Boise office and serve as a business partner in identifying and developing business strategies and plans related to employee needs. We are an agile learning organization looking for support in developing and implementing structure and rigor in human resource accountabilities. The right candidate has a passion for talent acquisition, training and development, social impact, and organizational development. Additionally, Happy Family HR is closely aligned with the broader Danone North America HR organization and the Human Resource Manager will be a connection between this broad team and Happy Family employees.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide guidance to all levels of employee, for all Human Resources related concerns including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
•Provide policy and procedure interpretation
•Ensure compliance regarding all employment laws
•Support recruiting efforts and employee onboarding
•Partner with management team to support programs related to compensation and benefits
•Drive awareness of cultural values and offerings (volunteering, committees, events, etc.)
•Drive other departmental initiates and provide support to business partners
•Responsible for strategic and tactical implementation of HR initiatives
•Liaise with Danone North America HR organization, including communicating benefits and information to Happy Family employees and ensuring we are utilizing all shared services

Qualifications and Attributes:
•You build rapport easily. You are encouraging and clear in direction and communication. You are and good listener and trusted.
•You are well organized and detail oriented: must be able to multi-task and finish projects
•You have 5+ years of experience in HR, specific to successful recruiting, systems integration, and conflict resolution
•Knowledge of compensation and benefit programs preferred
•You are proficient with computer systems including excel, smartsheets, collaboration software
•You have experience and confidence in project organization and project management
