ABOUT THE ROLE

As Catchafire scales to deliver programs for major Foundations, we’re opening a new role that will be integral in helping Catchafire continue to deliver transformational experiences and resources that enable nonprofits and the social good ecosystem to grow and thrive. You will have the opportunity to take part in helping Catchafire shape a new function in service of our critical mission.

As the Program Coordinator, you will be a part of the team entrusted with managing some of our largest and most impactful partnerships with grantmaking foundations. You will support the Accounts team and will also work collaboratively with Catchafire teammates across marketing, business development, product and tech. The person best suited for this role is naturally organized, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, has exceptional attention to detail and is a master project manager. You have a desire to learn about program design and implementation, client management, marketing strategy, and tech and product development.

In partnership with our Account Managers - the primary owners of our client relationships - you will help build and sustain long-lasting program success with our clients who help bring Catchafire to thousands of organizations world-wide and deliver on our critical mission to transform the nonprofit sector.

This role will report to one of our longest tenured Foundation Accounts Directors who will be a great sponsor and champion as you pioneer these new waters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate pre-launch and launch activities for all Foundation programs, liaising with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Success and User Engagement teams.
  • Monitor progression of programs to ensure we’re meeting engagement goals and organizations are getting the most out of Catchafire.
  • Collaborate with end-user teams to develop strategies and tactics to drive additional engagement for programs not meeting performance expectations.
  • Deliver regular quantitative reporting to Account Managers to help fuel their monthly and mid-year touchpoints with clients.
  • Assist in the identification and collection of success stories that help our clients understand the underlying impact our service delivers to their organizations.
  • Manage reporting and presentation templates to ensure consistency across accounts.
  • Research and understand the nonprofit ecosystem related to new programs to ensure we’re setting partners up for success.

EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
You must have:

  • Min 3+ years of relevant work experience supporting client facing, partnerships or program teams
  • Comfort pulling, analyzing and visualizing data
  • Material project management experience
  • Acumen with presentation, spreadsheet, data and task management tools
  • Excellent creative problem solving and critical thinking ability


It would be nice if you had:

  • Experience in nonprofit or philanthropy
  • Experience working with analytics, marketing and/or technology teams
