Description
- Communicate directly with the customer regarding stock availability, pricing, shipping estimates, credit card payments, and all other order related tasks.
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance, or direct to appropriate personnel.
- Receive, process, and confirm purchase orders with customers.
- Online order processing through both B2C and B2B channels.
- Process and provide to the customer an invoice and tracking information for all shipped orders.
- Provide customer service as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You’ll join a team that takes pride in the work we do and the products we make and sell. We are a small and dynamic company of six dedicated people who support each other between offices in Portland, Oregon and Shanghai, China.
