Job responsibilities include
- making and scheduling outbound insurance phone calls
- outside insurance sales
- overcoming objections
- community engagement/volunteering
- gathering adequate information to provide proposals
- efficiently navigating computer systems while on the phone
- social media marketing
- critical listening/thinking
- focus on continued improvement
- socializing/networking to connect people and introduce yourself and the brokerage
Job requirements include
- 1 year experience insurance sales/telephone sales
