Overview:
Davines SPA is looking for a Digital and Trade Marketing Associate with a passion for beauty and sustainability to join the marketing team and work across our hair and skincare portfolio. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of marketing and enjoy real ownership for ecommerce sales and advertising with the flexibility to test and learn new tactics.

Basic Function:
The Digital and Trade Marketing Associate will be assisting the Trade Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Director in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales. This is an entry level marketing position with expose to multifaceted areas of our firm in which full training is provided.
Responsibilities
Trade Marketing:
• Analyze internal data/portfolio to establish strategic goals to support sales
• Design and update marketing, education and selling materials for sales meetings and field personnel
• Assist in creating promotions to acquire, retain and strengthen customer relationships with the Brand
• Create personalized marketing tools to support our partners and our brand recognition
• Administrative tasks
Digital Marketing:
• Work closely with Marketing Director and Global team and agencies to creating campaigns (email, social, advertising) to drive ecommerce sales and measure ROI
• Coordinating and activating US spas/salon/retail events for social media
• Write copy for social media / emails and design emails or shoot content for social
• Proactively carry out campaign reporting, marketing analytics and manage the use of data within the ecommerce department to drive actionable insights.
• Leverage SEO and Search insights to suggest blog content and adapt blog copy for social use (video, images, copy)
Skills
• Strong communication, organizational and follow up skills with attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator are essential
• Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
• Social media and ecommerce experience
• Passion for beauty + sustainability
• Photography / design background is preferred
• Pro-active problem-solving abilities, team player
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants should have excellent communications and critical thinking skills and be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year, ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing management with proven success, however we offer paid training
• Must have wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution.
• Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
