Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. The program is active in over 25 countries and has offices in 7 countries, the Head Office in the U.S. is located in Columbia, SC.
We currently have a full time Administration and Orders Assistant position available in our Triple P America team.
The Role
Is responsible for ensuring all orders are processed, delivered to clients and training venues on time, additional responsibilities will include administration and support to the Triple P America team. Duties include:
• Process customer orders
• Dispatch orders and manage returns
• Deal with order enquiries
• Liaise with the warehouse
• Deal with shipping, freight and customs needs
• Data entry and scanning
• General administration duties
The Person
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• At least 3 years’ experience in an orders or administration position
• Undergraduate degree – preferred
• Flexible approach to varied tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
• Strong team player
• Excellent attention to detail
