We are primarily a remote company with small offices in Redmond and Boston. RStudio employees live throughout the US, with a few of us in Canada, Belgium, Portugal and the UK. We value the uninterrupted time that allows us to do deep work, while collaborating when needed over video conferencing and Slack. The whole company meets in person twice a year, providing a valuable opportunity for in-person collaboration, long-term planning, and having fun.
