Our mission is to positively contribute to a world where the respect for the environment and human health and well-being prevails. We try to make this world a better place by making our own healthy, tasty and sustainable food and distributing it in our restaurants, retail channels and ecommerce.

Since December 2019, we are proud to be part of the B Corp movement and to have become the first restaurant and food chain in Spain to get the B Corp certification.
