Our tariffs are some of the most affordable in the UK. But affordability isn’t just about low-priced tariffs, it’s about how and when they’re paid. We’re the first UK energy supplier to offer a weekly direct debit that works out costing no more than our monthly. And we’re the first UK energy supplier to use next-generation credit checks, that allow us to get our customers onto better deals and improve their credit ratings. 

100% renewable electricity and a refusal to profit from offsetting carbon

Our electricity is 100% renewable and generated on UK wind, solar and hydro farms.  We’re committed to never profit from offsetting carbon. Instead, we’re using that money to fund initiatives that remove carbon from the atmosphere, increase biodiversity and have a positive community benefit. This is run through our Restoration Fund.
