We became a B Corp because it provides us with an opportunity to learn from other like-minded businesses, while making a public statement that our do-good mission is at our core. It builds momentum and holds us accountable for honoring our values and mission as a company.

• Ingage forms partnerships with charitable organizations, donating both their time and financial resources, to make an impact. These charitable partners will thrive as their company succeeds – their impact is a critical measure of their success.

• They offer their employees Paid Volunteer Time-Off (PVTO) each month, which is on top of their normal salary, to build into their community partnerships by sharing their talents and skills.

• Every Consultant has the opportunity to generate enough profit, through their day-to-day activities, for Ingage Partners to contribute $1,000 - $5,000 annually to their charitable partners. This is consulting with purpose!
