SPUD.ca (Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery) is more than just an online grocery delivery company; we have a deep passion for local and organic foods and have set out on a journey to create healthier communities, one choice at a time. We are entrepreneurial, humble, have a resilient drive to succeed and we really love our customers. We deliver local and organic groceries to homes and offices in Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary and Edmonton. In each location, we hire locally, buy locally, and deliver locally. We work to simplify and enrich the lives of our customers, staff, suppliers and community partners. 

Be Fresh Local Market, cultivated by SPUD.CA, operates 5 cafe and/or market locations in Vancouver, as well as Be Fresh catering services, where we create delicious, nutritious, on-the-go food options.
