At Allbirds, we are on a mission to prove that comfort, good design and sustainability don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
We are dedicated to making the most sustainable footwear we can using premium natural materials, designed for the to and fro of everyday life. Our commitment to making better shoes in a better way is fueled by a belief that the shoe industry needs to focus less on flash and more on thoughtfulness. We’re a certified B Corporation, which means that we are held to the highest standards of social and environmental performance.

We believe in taking our craft seriously, but not ourselves.
Our office reflects this belief -  we fill our days with team lunches, color brainstorms, product tests, and daily ‘40 at 4’ sessions - which involve everyone coming together to do forty push-ups, in whatever way works, at 4pm. As part of the Allbirds family, you can look forward to fun company outings, inspiring guest speakers, brain-stimulating activities, comfortable shoes, sheep puns, and lots of creative ideas.
